The prosecution later received another report about the arrest of one of the accused in another criminal case. It was revealed through investigations and viewing of security camera footage that the arrested accused was the same perpetrator of the car theft and damage.

The Chief Prosecutor indicated that the Public Prosecution had initiated investigation procedures immediately upon receiving the two reports, interrogated the accused and confronted him with the evidence against him, charged him with theft, intentional destruction, and endangering private means of transportation, and ordered that he be referred to prison for criminal trial, and the aforementioned ruling was issued against him.
