Benghazi, November 4, 2023 (LANA) – Yesterday evening, Friday evening, the Al-Ahly Benghazi Club Fans Association, headed by Jumaa Al-Abbar, held an important meeting in the club’s (Garyounis) gymnasium, in the presence of large numbers of fans. The meeting began with a speech by the association’s president, Jumaa Alabbar, in which he welcomed the attendees, saying that the divisions and disagreements that are happening now inside the club among the fans are unacceptable, and that this has never happened before in its ancient history. Al-Abbar called for the necessity of unifying the ranks and supporting the team, stressing that the main goal of the association is to avoid divisions and division, and to agree to love and support the club so that we can win championships in all games. Following the speech of the Association President, a number of fans present spoke in support of what was stated in Al-Abbar’s speech and presented a number of suggestions that contribute to the club’s sporting renaissance at the local, African and international levels.
At the conclusion of the match, a number of decisions were taken, including forming a committee inside the stands to organize entry and exit consisting of fifteen fans, preparing and equipping a special stand for the visiting club’s fans from outside Benghazi and receiving good reception, coordinating with all fan associations outside Benghazi and reciprocating treatment in preparing and evacuating the stand.
