I really go to Prague most often to play theater, so I’m really looking forward to seeing my colleagues and friends. And if by chance daughter Terezka is not in New York, then of course I can’t wait especially for her. We like walking through old Prague.
How did you perceive the division of the country into two more than thirty years ago? It is said that you were very sorry and you regretted it.
Yes, I cried. My brother and his family lived in Bohemia and we felt that our Czechoslovak Republic had been taken away from us. Now we – both countries – are in the European Union, so luckily we are together again. We are also connected culturally, we make films together, play in theaters
