The doctor also emphasized that it is important to follow hygiene rules for the prevention of meningitis:

“You need to wash your hands regularly, use your own utensils and towels. There are vaccines against meningococcal, hemophilic bacillus and pneumococcus, which are the causative agents of bacterial meningitis. Protect yourself from the cold and take any headache seriously.”
