Hearing the term US dollar, some people are certainly familiar with it. This currency is one of the most popular and is considered the strongest.

For ordinary people, the US dollar is often seen as the strongest currency. This is based on the status of the United States as the country with the largest economy in the world.

A Stronger Currency than the US Dollar

1. Euro (EUR)

The Euro is used as the official currency of the Eurozone. Currently, at least 27 countries that are part of the European Union use the Euro. In its status, the Euro is one of the most traded currencies in the world. As one of the most powerful, 1 euro is now equivalent to 1.06 US dollars.

2. Franc Swiss (CHF)

The Swiss franc is legal tender in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Looking at its history, this currency was introduced in 1850. During its development, the Swiss Franc was pegged to the euro. However, in the end it became free floating, meaning it was not pegged to another currency. Currently, the Swiss Franc is one of the strongest currencies in the world, 1 Swiss franc is equivalent to 1.10 US dollars.
