Bengaluru, Enterprise software major Salesforce has strengthened its presence in India. The company has achieved 35 percent growth in new business in one year. This information was given on Thursday. Leading Indian businesses such as Air India, Atomberg, Narayana Health and Jaipur Rugs collaborated with Salesforce to create a digital strategy focused on increasing productivity, enhancing efficiency and revolutionizing customer interactions in a new era of AI innovation.
Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO and Chairperson, Salesforce India, said, “It has been a year of unprecedented growth and India continues to be a great place for Salesforce globally. This is the golden age of technology adoption in the country and we are excited to be a part of this digital transformation journey. Globally, the company projects revenue of $34.9 billion for fiscal year 2024, up 11 percent from last year.
The company has recently announced the expansion of its Bengaluru office and its Core Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad. Currently, Salesforce has 11 thousand employees in India in Hyderabad and Bengaluru as well as Mumbai, Gurugram, Pune and Jaipur. Salesforce said it is continuing to hire for roles across technology, product, sales, business support and customer success in India. This makes India the second largest talent hub for the company.
