In a conversation with journalists, the president of the Union of Ukraine, Sasun Mikayelyan, said that the four victims of the Armenian side as a result of the Azerbaijani provocation in Inner Hand were the result of a sniper’s shot. “An examination is going on, it will be clear later, it will be informed, I will only say that a sniper worked on everyone”, stated Mikayelyan. If an investigation is underway, why did the President of the Ukrainian Communist Party decide that the “detail” of the sniper can be made public? Did he decide or did the examination body give him the right? Although it is more likely that Mikayelyan knows this circumstance directly from the people in the positions, because the YCM boys were in the position and the victims were also from the YCM.

And here there are questions that may not be popular, that may very often appear in the shadow of some sensual and pathetic tone, but which are very important in terms of the security of Armenia and the personal security of any soldier standing on the front lines of Armenia’s security.
And those questions start from the circumstance of “speech” to questions directly related to the organization of combat duty. Who, where, on what platform, to what extent has the right to speech on topics related to the organization of combat duty? In Armenia, anyone can talk about it whenever they want, starting from the village heads of the border villages, up to the governors and the president of the Union of Ukraine. In the end, is Armenia as a state able to settle this issue? At the same time, in a broad sense, it is necessary to understand the role of the EMU in the security system of Armenia, in the organization of defense, as well as in social and political relations.
In fact, the president of that public structure continues to be a representative of the political power of the day, as it was before 2018. There is no doubt that the members of that structure are devoted to the defense of the motherland, the state, but the institutions, collective units in the system of state and public relations get a role not so much by the individual behavior of the members, but by the influence of various circumstances. And this is what ultimately requires clarifying the role of the ECM in the state security system, the juxtaposition of its de jure and de facto roles and significance and the resulting responsibility, the mechanism of powers and obligations, including the standards of involvement in the protection of state security. All of that is important, considering that we are dealing with a militarized organization, without having any doubts about the good and unpatriotic goals of each individual member, in the end we may have cataclysms, gaps in system comparability and public and state supervision, unanswered questions. case.
