Roskifte was executive vice president for communications and public relations at NorgesGruppen ASA until April 2020 and has also held various board positions, including in the energy sector.

Roskifte was in the management of the NorgesGruppen ASA group from the beginning in 2000 until 2020. He has worked extensively with media management, corporate policy and industrial cooperation.
