It is a year since the physical game of Omar Gels Suárez, the last minstrel, a name that continues to beating in the hearts of those who loved him and in every corner where his music has been a seed of life.
The commemorative day begins very early in the Cemetery Jardines del Ecce Homo, where his grave will remain adorned with flowers, and memories of those who have found comfort in their songs. There, in that sacred space, a spontaneous tribute will be lived with songs, prayers and tears, but also with joy, because the art of Omar Gels remains more alive than ever.
The central act will be a Christian Mass of Thanksgiving, which will take place at 7:00 pm in the Cathedral Church of the Kingdom, located on 7B Street #19B-88, Los Musicos neighborhood.
