CELAYA, Gto., (apro).- During her visit to this city, the presidential candidate of the “Let’s Keep Making History” coalition, Claudia Sheinbaum, began her rally with a minute of applause in memory of Gisela Gaytán, the candidate for the Celayense municipal presidency who was assassinated on the second day of the mayoral campaigns in Guanajuato.

“It feels like we are going to win Guanajuato, it is the best tribute we can pay to Griselda…Gisela, Gisela Gaytán, because what has been happening in Guanajuato is a model that has already come to an end,” he said when referring to the ruling PAN party. for more than 30 years, which he described as a model of exploitation, low salaries and occurrences.

At this event, in which she was accompanied by the national leader of Morena, Mario Delgado, as well as by the candidate who replaced Gisela Gaytán, Juan Miguel Ramírez, Sheinbaum criticized the Supreme Court and the judges because, she assured, at any point of the country he has visited and asks people, they tell him that many ministers “are corrupt.”

“They criticize us because we propose that ministers be elected by popular vote. “What is better, being elected by the Senate or the people of Mexico,” he stated.

And she herself answered:

“It is better, it is democratic, but above all, it is that they assume their responsibility; They cannot be giving protection, as they do now, it cannot be that it turns out that they are not responsible for the security of the country, that is why our proposal is coordination, improvement of the judiciary, of the prosecutor’s offices…let’s go for Plan C.”

The candidate also asked those present to help her fight “the dirty war” against her campaign, which she said she had become aware of during this visit to the state.

“Yesterday I was walking and a woman told me that I want to close the churches… I respect all churches, whose head does it fit?” he asked.

During her intervention at this rally, the candidate for the state government, Alma Alcaraz, assured that she will find a solution to the problem of insecurity – one of whose focuses in the entity is precisely Celaya – by addressing the causes, but she also spoke about the state attorney general. , questioned by the president in his morning conferences.

Alma Alcaraz offered not only to remove prosecutor Carlos Zamarripa, but also to subject his tenure to an investigation.
