The National Traffic Safety Committee has just announced a series of hotline numbers to receive feedback on transport activities and ensure traffic safety and order during the National Day holiday on September 2.
Specifically, to report on the situation of carrying more people than the prescribed number, increasing ticket prices, overcrowding and squeezing passengers, driving on the wrong route, stopping to pick up and drop off passengers in violation of regulations, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, speeding, traffic accidents, etc., people can call 06.92342608 – 099.5676767 (Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security).

To report information about overloading at bus stations, vehicles carrying more passengers than allowed, selling tickets, increasing ticket prices beyond regulations, or running on the wrong route, people can call 1900545570, extension 2 (Department of Transport and Driver Vehicle Management – Vietnam Road Administration).
To report on traffic organization problems such as: Roads, traffic lights, overloading, traffic jams on highways and national highways, people can contact the phone number 1900545570, extension 4 (Road Management and Maintenance Department – Vietnam Road Administration).
For general feedback on traffic safety and traffic accidents, people can contact 08.19115911 (Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee).
The National Traffic Safety Committee also noted that before reporting to the hotline, traffic participants need to have full information about the time, location, vehicle license plate (or flight or train number), violation or problem causing traffic disorder. People should text to ensure accuracy.
