Balanced and healthy diet. A healthy and balanced diet helps the body get the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients it needs. A diet rich in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, protein and healthy fats is recommended.

Regular sleep is a must. Sleep is an important element. To rest and renew the body, it is enough to sleep regularly for 7-9 hours a day.
