Musician Anupam Roy’s name has been at the top of the discussion across Tollywood since Monday (February 26) morning.
Because he is going to get married again. His future wife’s name is musician Prasmita Pal. Ever since the news of the marriage came to light, there has been a flurry of gossip on social media.
Prasmita has voiced in several Tollywood movies. He also has a long acquaintance with Anupam. But that relationship was only professional.
In response to the question of when did she decide to get married, Prasmita told an Indian media, ‘We have been in a relationship for the past one year. Then it seemed that we could proceed to the next stage. After that we decide to get married.’ Prasmita is about to step into a new chapter of her life and she wants to see it from a positive side.

Prasmita also said, ‘Going to start a new journey. I am very optimistic. If everyone around us is good, we will be good.”Anupam’s ex-wife Piya Chakraborty. Their married life ended in 2021. Actor, director Parambrata Chatterjee married Piya on November 27 last year. Since then various types of trolling started on social media. Even recently, after the news of Kanchan Mallick and Srimayi Chattraj’s marriage spread, many people wrote various things sarcastically on social media.
Asked if Prasmita-Anupam is ready for ‘trolling’ after Kanchan-Srimaya, Prasmita said, ‘I know and we are ready for that. I think if we both are happy then nothing negative can affect us.’

Prasmita also said that she and Anupam are hopeful that there will be less ‘negative’ comments. On March 2, Anupam and Prasmita will complete the legal formalities of marriage in a domestic environment in the presence of their families and friends. But Anupam said that there is no plan to hold a separate event for Tollywood colleagues at the moment.
