With the increase in support from these three European countries, it is now estimated that a third of the countries on the Blue Continent have provided their support to Palestine.
Several European countries believe that this recognition of Palestine is a form of realizing peace in the Middle East.

1. Makes Israel Threatened
Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said the recognition was an attack on Israel’s sovereignty and endangered its security. Some analysts see this as an indication of Israel’s increasing isolation on the world stage.

The support provided by Ireland, Norway and Spain also made Israel withdraw its ambassadors from these three countries.
