1. The first step in exhausting the organism: fasting
It’s not worth starving your body for a long time, but if you treat yourself to only fruit and vegetable juices or unsalted broths for one day, you will wash away poisonous substances that cause fatigue from your body. Don’t forget to drink a lot during fasting. If this seems like a superhuman feat, you can certainly manage to eat only fruits and vegetables once a week.
2. Whey is good for a spring detox
It is actually the liquid that remains after curdling the milk. If you mix dried whey in warm water, it tastes pleasantly sweet and will help you cleanse your body, improve your digestion, and even lose a few pounds. It contains group B vitamins, vitamins C and E, minerals magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc.
3. Correct drinking regime
A lot of health problems could be prevented if you follow a proper drinking regime. But seriously, how much liquid do you drink per day? Since coffee and alcohol are not counted among them, you will reach the hard-to-reach two liters. At the same time, lack of water can be a very important reason why your body is exhausted. If you can’t force yourself to drink, at least include more foods that are full of water (melon, cucumber…).
4. Tea: energy drink
Make spring teas that will make you feel reborn. It’s just important to endure at least a month’s treatment with herbal drinks full of minerals and vitamins. We offer you a simple recipe: mix a spoonful of nettle leaves, a spoonful of dandelion leaves and pour 500 ml of water. Blend and let the tea stand for four hours. Strain and drink morning and evening.
5. How to start exercising?
This time for real! Small doses of movement are enough and the energy will slowly return to your body. If you have never exercised, it is not worth planning to run three times a week. For starters, it’s enough to exercise for five minutes every morning. Wait a week and add another five minutes. In a few weeks, you won’t be able to do without exercise. The ideal is to find a movement that you really enjoy.
6. Where to get endorphins?
Spring trips and walks will supply you with the missing oxygen, the sun will warm the body and endorphins will start to wake up in the body. It doesn’t matter if you go out alone, with your dog or with your family. It will bring joy to all who kick up their heels and breathe in the fresh air.
7. Indigestion? Meat gone
Meat is important for the body, but it takes a long time for the body to digest it and therefore burdens it. After all, even our ancestors avoided it during fasting, so why not you? It is enough to eliminate it from the menu for a few days or eat it only once, at most twice a week.
8. Fish for weight loss and cholesterol reduction
If you’re a die-hard meat lover and you can’t imagine your life without a piece of “slop”, replace it with fish, which will help you lose extra pounds, and sea fish will also lower cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. In spring, they should appear on our plate at least four times a week.
9. Fiber, probiotics and prebiotics
Think about how to adjust your diet and digestion. In order for the intestines to be able to remove harmful substances from the body, they need to be stimulated with fiber, probiotics and prebiotics. You can find these in fermented milk products or you can buy tablets (Linex Forte, Apo-lactobacillus, Biopron9…).
10. When spring fatigue persists
Can’t get rid of unpleasant fatigue? Then sit down and write down your daily schedule on paper. Women often feel that they have to handle thousands of tasks, and are surprised when their organism starts to defend itself. Cross out some activities. You won’t run out of work, and you’ll be able to do a lot more when your body recovers from spring fatigue.
11. Happiness hormone serotonin
Sunshine helps create the hormone serotonin, which induces joy and optimism. Each of our cells also needs energy from the sun. Without it, the organism “cuts” and refuses to function. As soon as you see the sun peeking through the windows, go outside and draw a supply of light for yourself. A great imitation of the sun is phototherapy, which uses special biolamps to replace sunlight.
12. Healthy sleep
Get eight hours of sleep every night for at least two weeks. No more, no less. That’s about the amount of time your body needs to rest and get enough strength for the next day. What do you need to know in order to sleep really well? You will find out in the video.
13. Food rich in vitamins
In winter, we receive up to twenty percent less of them than our body needs. If you also have a vitamin deficiency, supplement it with fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts or multivitamin food supplements.
14. What are iron, zinc and magnesium in?
After winter, it is necessary to provide the body with enough iron, which almost every body organ needs to function. You can find it in leafy greens, chives, parsley or apricots. Don’t forget other minerals, such as zinc or magnesium, the lack of which causes fatigue. You supplement them with high-quality dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, cocoa and whole grain bread.
15. Ten minutes against fatigue
Maybe you need to catch up on everything you didn’t have time for during the winter. But that would be a mistake. Even when nature calls out that it’s time to wake up, you, on the contrary, treat yourself to relaxation. Using simple relaxation techniques and breathing exercises, your body can relax in ten minutes, as if you were taking a nap after lunch. Don’t underestimate it!
16. With
Not only is it an effective remedy for colds, but honey also helps against stress and insomnia and provides the body with energy, which we often lack in spring. Therefore, where possible, sweeten with honey. You can add it not only to tea, but also to ginger lemonade or smoothies.
17. Sex for more energy
Spring makes many people want to make love and have an orgasm. Don’t resist it, because after a pleasant erotic experience you will definitely feel reborn and full of strength.
18. Sprouts for vitamin C and E
Sprouts are the richest source of vitamin C and E, they contain a large amount of enzymes, proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. All seeds of edible plants except beans are suitable for germination. But you don’t have to overdo it with them. It is enough to dope yourself with one spoonful of sprouts a day and your body will get enough important substances.
19. How will hardening help?
Strengthening helps against back pain, angina and flu and stimulates our psyche. But for the first time, you don’t have to overdo anything. It is enough to take a shower in the morning with lukewarm water and gradually reduce the temperature until it is not uncomfortable for you to let the cold water run over you. It is ideal to make a cold shower a daily morning ritual.
20. Echinacea and other doping
There is an incredible selection of supplements on the market that help the body cope with the spring rush. Some contain ginseng, echinacea, coenzyme Q10, green tea… Before you come to the pharmacy, tell yourself what you expect from the tablets and get advice from the pharmacist. Ask him what he would buy against spring fatigue.
