The most important rules
Nothing should be rushed, so arm yourself with patience. Another important aspect is finding the G-spot. It may not work and probably won’t work the first time, so approach it without high expectations and most importantly, relax.
Find the G spot. How to do it?
Prepare the scenery. Make yourself comfortable and get rid of all the tension. Make sure no one disturbs you. Find enough time for it so that nothing makes you nervous. Spread towels on the bed or place where you will experiment. Find your G-spot. It is located about an inch and a half to five centimeters from the vaginal entrance on the upper part towards the belly. It has a rougher structure than the rest of the smooth walls in the vagina. If you put a mirror on the floor and cross your legs, spread your labia if needed, some of you may be able to see the G spot.
Stimulate gently and slowly
Remember that orgasm is not a race, when you stimulate the G-spot slowly, take your time. You can use a lubricating gel to make the touches pleasant. You can tease with your fingers or with a special erotic tool that is bent to the perfect angle for teasing this part of the vagina. Once you get excited, the tissue will swell and increase in volume. It can be more sensitive, so touch it really gently.
Listen to your body and don’t fight back
Be aware of what your body is telling you. Some women can only ejaculate when the vulva and G-spot become filled with blood and increase in size. Since ejaculate comes from glands located around the urethral meatus, it makes sense that you feel like you want to pee. As the vulva enlarges, you may feel a pressure while you relax. It seems like an odd combination, but if anything is to come out, you have to be relaxed while still pushing – kind of like peeing. Some women can ejaculate only if the G-spot is stimulated at the same time, others cannot tolerate any penetration at this time.
If you’re trying it with a partner
If you are discovering this ability with a partner, then try the rear or hobby position. The hobby position allows you to control your own body and sensations and find an easy way to the G-spot. In the back position, the partner can push with his penis on the side of the vagina where the G-spot is located.
