Change of the weather today Thursday (9/5) with rains and storms initially in the west and gradually in the rest of the country, according to the EMY. The phenomena during the night towards Friday will intensify in central Macedonia, the Sporades, eastern Thessaly, northern Evia and northeastern Sterea.

Weather conditions favor transport African dust mainly in the south.

The winds they will blow from eastern directions 3 to 5 Beaufort. In the evening, northeast winds up to 6 Beaufort will prevail in the northern Aegean.

THE temperature it will drop in terms of maximum values ​​and reach 22 to 24 degrees Celsius.

In Attica increased clouds are expected and after noon local showers and possible isolated thunderstorms. Winds will be east southeast 2 to 4 Beaufort and in the evening northeast strengthening during the night. The thermometer will show between 14 and 22 degrees Celsius.

At Thessaloniki thin clouds are predicted that will quickly thicken and there will be local rains and from midday sporadic storms. The winds will be variable 2 to 4 Beaufort and in the evening northerly with the same intensity. The temperature will range from 13 to 23 degrees Celsius.

Tomorrow Friday, initially in central-eastern Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly, the Sporades, eastern Sterea, Evia, the islands of the eastern Aegean, the eastern and southern Peloponnese, the Cyclades, Crete and from midday in the Dodecanese, clouds with local rains and sporadic thunderstorms. The phenomena are likely to be temporarily strong in places in Thessaly, central Macedonia, the Sporades, eastern Sterea, Evia and Crete. In the rest of the country, unsettled weather with temporarily increased clouds, local rains and isolated storms in the continental areas mainly in the midday and afternoon hours. In the evening the phenomena will weaken and will be limited to the northwest country, Crete and the Dodecanese. Winds will be north-northeasterly in the west 4 to 5, in the east 5 to 7 and in the northern Aegean probably temporarily up to 8 Beaufort. The temperature will drop in the east. It will reach 19 to 22 degrees in the mainland and 20 to 23 degrees Celsius in the island country.

The Saturday in the north-west, Crete and the Dodecanese, local rain and possibly isolated storms are forecast and a gradual improvement. In the rest of the country, a few clouds which in the midday and afternoon hours in continental areas will increase and there will be local rain and possibly storms. From the evening the weather will improve. Winds will blow in the west variable 2 to 4 Beaufort, in the east north 4 to 6 and in the Aegean locally 7 Beaufort. The temperature will not change appreciably.

Her Sunday generally clear weather is expected. In the midday and afternoon hours, clouds will develop in the continental areas and local rains or showers will occur mainly in the mountains. In the morning and evening hours the visibility will be limited in places in the western continental areas. Winds in the west will blow west 3 to 4 Beaufort and in the east north 4 to 6 Beaufort. The temperature will rise slightly towards its maximum values.

Her Monday, finally, in Macedonia and Thrace, a few clouds are predicted, temporarily increased mainly in the midday and afternoon hours, when there will be local rains or showers. In the rest of the country, generally clear weather with sparse clouds from midday. The winds will blow west-northwest 3 to 5 Beaufort and in the southeast Aegean locally 6 Beaufort. The temperature will rise slightly further.
