We are not liars: Ortiz family responds to Dimas Maciel

This Friday, Arturo Ortiz and his grandson uploaded a video in which they present alleged evidence of the lawsuit that Susana Ortiz won during her lifetime against Dimas Maciel.

Susana’s son said that they made the video after Dimas Maciel said in another clip that it was all a hate campaign against him.

“I am here with my grandson, Susana’s son, because he wants to have a say in something he has to say and so he is going to speak,” said Don Arturo.

When taking the floor, the boy commented that, “I come to demonstrate some legal matters, also confirm the things that are being said that are like hate campaigns or defamations, but it is simply a legal matter, which I feel and believe is already needs to be clarified.”

Arturo added that the Chicos de Barrio vocalist has somehow deceived the public.

“This Mr. Dimas is saying that it is a defamation, that he does not owe anyone, that we are liars, that we are snakes and we are going to demonstrate right now a video the clarification of the legal things and where it has been seven years since the lawsuit and until now He has not paid the judgment. The lawsuit is not going on in court, that is why we are making it public,” he said.

Later, the singer showed a video showing the lawsuit imposed by Susana, whose resolution was given in August 2022, however, according to the artists, Dimas has not paid his debt so far.
