– one tomato
– Green chilly
– oil for tempering
– urad dal
– Curry leaf
– coriander leaves
-ginger small piece
– Lemon juice

Heat oil in a pan. – Now add urad dal and red chilli and fry. – After this add chopped watermelon pieces, chopped tomato, ginger and keep stirring for five minutes. – Now add salt and cook for some time. – Now add curry leaves and green coriander and stir.
– After some time, turn off the gas and keep this mixture with watermelon to cool. – After it cools down, grind it in the mixer. Your delicious and heart healthy watermelon chutney is ready. This chutney is not only good to look at but is also delicious to eat. If you want, you can eat it with anything. But eating it with idli, dosa or uttapam will enhance its taste even more.
