A multifaceted human welfare organization is standing by the helpless people with food water and saline to give some relief from the severe fire in Chuadanga.
On Sunday (April 28) at 11 a.m., the distribution program was inaugurated at Shaheed Hasan Square in Chuadanga city.
The organization is providing bottled drinking water and saline in front of the police box of Hasan Chatter and Academy Mor in the city to quench the thirst of the people.
On this occasion, Zilla Parishad Chairman Mahfuzur Rahman Manju, Municipal Mayor Jahangir Alam Malik Khokon, Chuadanga Government College Former Principal Prof. Siddikur Rahman, Prof. Kamruzzaman, Traffic Police Inspector Oliuzzaman, Amirul Islam, Executive Director of Bhumukhi Manav Kalyan Sansthan and General Secretary of Press Club Vipul were present at the opening ceremony today. Meanwhile, the speakers said that the intense heat wave is going on in the district for a long time, in which the low-income earners and the pedestrians on the road are facing serious health risks. Many people are suffering from dehydration. This initiative of the organization is very effective to get rid of it a little. Vipul Ashraf, executive director of the organization, said, “I will always provide services to day laborers, rickshaw drivers, van drivers and pedestrians at the moment of this calamity.” Multifaceted human welfare organization will continue to support people with philanthropic work in the future.
He also said that this service will be conducted from 11 am to 3 pm every day. About 2000 bottles of water and 1000 pieces of saline were distributed from two booths today. Water and saline distribution will continue at those two locations until the weather improves.
