This was shared by Anang Hermansyah via a post on his Instagram account. Anang and his family are known to be enjoying a holiday in Dubai. After showing storms and floods, Ashanty’s husband again showed the current conditions in Dubai, where the weather is clear and activities are gradually returning to normal.
“This morning in Dubai guysss,” wrote Anang Hermansyah on his Instagram account @anang Hijau, Thursday (18/4/2024).
Dubai’s weather conditions which have returned to sunshine and the floods which are gradually receding then went viral in the virtual world. One of them was uploaded to the X account @tanyalr.
This account also shared one of the streets in Dubai which appeared to be dry again after being hit by floods a few days earlier. This has made netizens curious and wondering how the floods that hit the UAE could recede so quickly and dry up in just one day.
“Hello Dubai???? “What do you mean, you have a big flood for one day and the next day it’s this dry again?” asked the X account.
Netizens’ curiosity was answered a little by a reply to a tweet from another netizen, who shared a post by an Indonesian citizen who was in Dubai. The post by the owner of the Instagram account @luino.official seemed to answer questions from netizens who were wondering where the flood water had gone which had inundated almost the entire EUA area.

“Then how quickly does the water recede, sis?” asked one netizen via Instagram direct message.
The account then answered that some of the flood water was helped to be sucked up using a water suction car. The sucked water is then thrown into the sea.
The Instagram account even shared photos of the process when a water suction car sucked up flood water in the Dubai area and its surroundings.
