The bench at the hearing said the violence in Murshidabad, West Bengal, was alarming. The bench indicates that some important clauses may be postponed, including the inclusion of non-Muslims in the Waqf Board and the Central Waqf Council, settling property-debate with Collector’s power and D-notifying the Waqf property declared by the court.
