Michy Batshuayi made his mark with four goals in Fenerbahçe’s 6-0 Turkish Cup round of 16 win against Adanaspor. Batshuayi is no longer a regular presence in the competition and has also been overtaken in the pecking order by Loïs Openda at the Red Devils.
In the Süper Lig, Edin Dzeko is the starting striker and Batshuayi acts as a substitute. But in the cup match against Adanaspor Dzeko rested. Batsman took advantage of this to shine… or score better.
After Lincoln’s first goal, he scored four goals in a row, after which Mert Hakan Yanda scored a sixth goal. Batshuayi’s fourth goal (5-0) was a gem.
