The results of the Russian elections 2024
Turnout in the Russian presidential elections exceeded 77.44% of the census, the highest figure in the entire history of elections in the modern history of Russia since 1991.
According to what the president of the Central Electoral Commission, Ela Pamfilova, said this Monday, 87.1 million people from a census estimated at 112.3 million voters.
“We have this participation for the first time, it is a record, it is unprecedented,” said Pamfilova today, who related this figure to the consolidation of the Russians around their president.

Putin, 71, achieved his biggest victory in these elections electoral since he came to power in 2000, despite the war in Ukraine and Western economic sanctions.
He will continue to be president of this country for another six years, after which he will be able to run for re-election again, since he reformed the clauses of the Constitution that prevented him from continuing in the Kremlin.
The opposition to the Kremlin could not participate in the elections, since the authorities did not register their candidates, who supported peace in Ukraine.
