USM Algeria beats Al Hilal twice in the Confederation Cup

Bab Al-Oued, November 26, 2023 (Al-Anbaa Al-Libya) – The Algerian team, USM Al-Asimah, achieved a victory over its Libyan counterpart, Al-Hilal, with a clean double, as part of the first round of the first-leg stage for the teams of the first group of the group stage in the African Confederation.

The match that brought the two teams together this Sunday evening on the floor of the July 5 Stadium in Algeria, and was led by Ivorian Clelo Traoré, in which Al Hilal presented a distinguished first half, forming several dangerous attacks, most notably in the 36th minute, in which Mohamed Tawerghi missed a one-on-one save by goalkeeper Osama Ben Bout, to appear. While Al Hilal was trying to adjust the score, Botswana substitute Tumisang Orboni succeeded in doubling the score with a second goal, benefiting from a pass from his colleague Osama Sheetah in the minute (4+90).
