To celebrate New Year’s Eve they often go to Paris, considered one of the most romantic cities in the world, but also one of the busiest. But when he considered the possibilities of how to get there, he said he also found tours from travel agencies on the Internet. Exaggeratedly he was impressed by the offer of the travel company Vega Tour. He was selling a New Year’s trip to Paris without an overnight stay. We had to spend less than a day in the French capital, almost two days on the bus.
“I thought it was so funny. If any of you are interested… I’m curious if people are interested in this. I wouldn’t have survived two days of travel at a time like this,” he told us.
We add that the travel agency’s announcement says that departure from Prague is the day before New Year’s Eve around six in the evening. Arrival in Paris is expected in the morning, where a short tour of the attractions by coach is planned. Departure from Paris should take place an hour and a half after midnight, so the return to the capital will be in the afternoon.

The director of the Vega Tour server PrahaIN.cz said there is clearly interest in day trips.
“We have a clientele that has no problem staying on a bus for practically two days. We try to keep the price of our tours very low in the long term. We try to include our comfortable buses, some of which do not have , for example, the number of seats specified by the manufacturer, to offer customers greater comfort. The work of the crew and the on-board sale of drinks and snacks also contribute to well-being during these long journeys”, said Miroslav Deneš.

But in the end the bus won’t go to Paris. Cestovka offered a total of five New Year’s Eve tours: Wroclaw (Poland), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Venice (Italy), Monte Carlo (Monaco) and the aforementioned Paris.
Only Amsterdam and Monte Carlo managed to complete the one-day trip.
However, the travel agency is satisfied.
“We traditionally have very good sales in Amsterdam, and this year is no different. We were pleasantly surprised with Monte Carlo being new this year. We have both of these tours under warranty and will do them. Historically we manage to organize two or three tours on New Year’s Eve , so from this point of view we are happy that our regular customers and something new are leaving,” says tour director CK Vega.
