Two Bangladeshis have returned home after serving jail terms for infiltration. On Monday (April 8) noon, they returned to the country through Akhaura land port in Brahmanbaria.
The Bangladeshis who returned to the country are Sathi Akhter of Hasnabad area of Dhaka Keraniganj and Payarakandir of Nabinagar upazila of Brahmanbaria. Masood Mahadi.

Md. Masud Mahadi said that a year ago he crossed the border without his knowledge while traveling in Rajapur border area of Akhaura upazila. He was detained by the Indian Border Guard while roaming. Later the court sentenced him to one month. After serving the sentence, he stayed in a save home in that country for a year. He returned home after a year.
Chanchal Kumar Dey, administrative officer of the Assistant High Commission of Bangladesh in Tripura, told reporters that two Bangladeshis have returned to their country. They entered India illegally through the border without passports and were detained by the law enforcement agencies of that country. There they served the sentence. He was in the detention center after the sentence. Later, after the process of two countries, they were sent back to Bangladesh.
