This vehicle is capable of performing tasks such as reconnaissance, surveillance, target identification and attack thanks to being equipped with the Sarp-L weapon system.

After passing the tests, UGV Aslan was first launched at the 2022 TEKNOFEST Black Sea aviation, space and technology exhibition.

With a solid foundation, Aslan can be equipped with a variety of weapon loads specific to each mission. One of the outstanding features of this UGV is that the vehicle has a wireless communication range of up to 800m and can also be controlled via the GSM network.

The main weapons equipped on this unmanned platform are the SARP-L remote-controlled weapon system, the AVAZ long-range sound generator and the Roketsan laser-guided mini-missile system. The SARP-L system is designed to counter air and ground threats to tactical ground vehicles, as well as counter asymmetric threats at fixed targets. Depending on usage requirements, the system can mount a 7.62mm or 5.56mm machine gun. SARP-L provides day/night surveillance capabilities, helping to enhance battlefield situational awareness and ensure crew safety. Thanks to these features, SARP-L can track and automatically acquire the firing element and lock on the target, thereby being able to attack fixed targets as well as moving targets.

Aslan can be operated via a remote control panel and can also move autonomously by sensing obstacles without the need for a human operator thanks to its autonomy feature in harsh environmental conditions and off-road conditions. hard.
