Travis Scott / The rapper is in custody for trespassing and drunkenness

Travis Scott he was arrested and kept in jail of Miami-Dade County, early Thursday morning, on her charge trespassing after warning and disorderly intoxication.

THE rapper, arrested at 1:44 am (local time) at the Miami Beach Marina and booked into the jail at 4:35. a.m., according to authorities and prison records, cited by CNN. It was filed for the 33-year-old $650 bondn, according to records, and was released from jail at 8 a.m.

The incident began early Thursday when Scott was on a charter vessel and became involved in a disturbance/argument with the crew, said the police. Officers were called to the marina and he was asked to leave. Scott left and returned a second time and resumed the argument with the crew. He was asked to leave again, and after he refused, he was arrested.

According to the affidavit, police were called to the dock after a complaint of people who they were fighting on a yacht. The officers saw Scott to shout occupants and officers could “sense a strong odor of alcohol” on his breath. There was no physical altercation, a source close to the rapper told CNN.

Told to leave or face arrest, the 33-year-old then got into a vehicle and left the marina. He returned about five minutes later, ignored officers’ orders not to go toward the yacht, “he began to shout once more, disturbing the peace’ and was taken into custody the affidavit states.

“The defendant later admitted that he had drunk alcohol,” according to the affidavit.
