The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport has just announced the traffic diversion and restriction on 7 routes around Tan Son Nhat Airport to organize the City Defense Area Drill in 2024.
On August 26, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport announced traffic adjustments around Tan Son Nhat Airport, Tan Binh District to serve the organization of the City Defense Area 2024 exercise (Code TP24).
Accordingly, in order to ensure traffic order and safety for the drill, the Department announced that from 6am to 11am on August 28, vehicles will be restricted on some routes around Tan Son Nhat airport in Tan Binh and Phu Nhuan districts.

The routes include Nguyen Van Troi, Phan Dinh Giot, Truong Son, Hong Ha, Bach Dang, Nguyen Kiem and Dang Van Sam.
The Department notes that vehicle drivers need to follow the instructions of traffic control forces, traffic police or the instructions of the traffic sign system on the road.
