Traffic accident with a dead person at dawn on Ymittos Avenue

A traffic accident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Ymittos Avenue, as a result of which a 53-year-old motorcyclist lost his life.

The fatal traffic accident occurred at 03:35 am, heading towards Neo Kosmos, when the driver of the motorcycle, for an unknown reason, lost control, went off the road and overturned.

The Traffic Investigation Unit rushed to the scene, as well as an EKAV ambulance that transported the driver to the hospital, where he died a short time later.

The preliminary investigation into the exact causes of the traffic accident is ongoing.
