Tomorrow, KPU National Recapitulation of 20 Regions Holding Re-voting

JAKARTA – General Election Commissions (Commission) will carry out a national recapitulation for regions holding a Re-vote (PSU) on Sunday, July 28, 2024, tomorrow. It is known that the Constitutional Court (MK) through its decision ordered the KPU to carry out the PSU in 20 regions.

Acting Chairman of the Indonesian KPU Mochammad Afifuddin said the recapitulation will start at 10:00 WIB until finished. The recapitulation will be held at the Indonesian KPU Building, Jalan Imam Bonjol, Central Jakarta. “Yes (tomorrow the national recapitulation), starting at 10:00 WIB,” said Afifuddin, Saturday (7/27/2024).

The national recapitulation will only be held tomorrow because all regions holding PSU have already completed the recapitulation at the provincial level.

The implementation of the PSU is the focus of the KPU in addition to preparing for the implementation of the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Elections. This is because the regional election stages are currently underway, but several regions are conducting PSU.

2. Tarakan City DPRD 1

3. DPRD of Riau Province 3

4. DPRD of Rokan Hulu Regency 3

5. Jayawijaya Regency DPRD 4

6. DPR Papua Mountains 1 (Province)

7. DPD RI West Sumatra
