On August 22, the winner of the fourth “Yukseliş” contest, Orkhan Elman oghlu Iskenderov, was appointed as the head of the Legal and Human Capital Management Department of the Film Agency under the Ministry of Culture.

Orkhan Iskenderov studied at the State Administration Academy under the President of Azerbaijan with a bachelor’s degree in “Management” and at the ADA (Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy) University with a master’s degree in “International Relations and Diplomacy”. Has a number of international certificates, including “SHRM-CP” on human capital management.

Also, the winner of the fourth “Rise” competition, Seymur Elshad oglu Huseynov, was appointed as the deputy director of the Scientific-Methodical and Specialization Center for Culture under the Ministry of Culture.

Seymur Huseynov received a bachelor’s degree in economic cybernetics and a master’s degree in business organization and management at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. He is a graduate of Bogazici University of Turkey and Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan. He is a laureate of the Presidential Award for Youth.
