The mayor of the municipality of Curumaní, Henry Chacón, showed the discharge of the service provider Pedronel Hincapié, who on August 5 had allegedly been abducted at the street to El Tigre, at the Pailú assets, which he owns.

The mayor said that this used to be the primary kidnapping reported in Curumaní.
Hincapié is the landlord of the corporate Intermegamundo that distributes web and cable tv, positioned within the San José de Curumaní group.
