They find weapons that gang members used to commit crimes in Tepecán

The problem of lack of drinking water will soon be a thing of the past for more than 6,800 inhabitants of communities and the urban area of ​​the district of Sacacoyo, La Libertad Oeste, through a project promoted by the Government of President Nayib Bukele.

Currently, this district lacks a continuous drinking water service because the supply wells do not have adequate production to supply a population whose majority has a home drinking water service.

The Municipal Works Directorate crews completed the first phase of drilling a well approximately 250 meters deep, with a drilling diameter of 17 and a half inches with a casing diameter of 12 inches.

Starting this weekend, the second stage of equipment and installation of the existing distribution network began. With which a flow of about 800 gallons per minute will be incorporated to the area known as La Cuesta pumping through a 580-meter-long delivery line to be installed.

From that place the flow will be pumped directly to the Los Naranjos tank through another 2,590 meter impellence line where a new tank with a capacity of 400 cubic meters will be built that will work alongside the existing tank in a high area.

From this last place, the inhabitants of the communities Los Naranjos, Ticuma, La Ceiba 1 and 2, San Antonio, Las Palmeras, and the urban area of ​​this district of La Libertad Oeste will be supplied by gravity.

In Sacacoyo, at the beginning of September last year, the DOM delivered more than 1.3 kilometers of renovated streets, with asphalt surfaces, as part of the National Pothole Plan in urban areas.

This is the second drinking water well that is being built in La Libertad after another project that is being carried out in Teotepeque and number 28 at the national level with which the Government of President Bukele is paying off other of the many debts of the past administrations. and proving once again that money is enough when no one steals.
