The source added that after the payment there was an argument between the two and the accused took a rifle and shot the victim until he died.

“After evaluating all the documentary, expert and testimonial evidence that the Prosecutor’s Office presented at the trial, the Chalatenango Sentencing Court managed to establish the defendant’s guilt in the homicide and sentenced him to 10 years in prison,” the prosecutor explained.

On June 6, Jeanine Eunice Sánchez Ramos, who murdered a man, was also sentenced to 30 years in prison.
