Thessaloniki / Preliminary investigation into the fire at the Aris stadium

Command for preliminary investigation regarding the fire that broke out in the early hours of Sunday at the offices of PAE Aris, at the stadium “Ok. Vikelides” in Thessaloniki, gave prosecutor.

According to so far estimates of authorities who carry them out investigationsthe fire is due in arson.

The head of the Thessaloniki First Instance Prosecutor’s Office instructed the criminal prosecution prosecutor to order a preliminary investigation. The investigated offences relate to arson, wear with fireof use flammable materials and violation thereof law on firecrackers (the last two with the aggravating provisions of the Sports Law).

Her research has been undertaken by the Sub-Directorate for Combating Violence in the Sports Halls of Thessaloniki of EL.AS.

It is recalled that according to what has become known, strangers broke in the gym of football field of Mars, they went up to suites and to office of the PAE president Thodoris Karipidiswhere they flew two lit torches.
