The nutritionist says that berries also have a positive effect on the emotional state. He explained that they contain many substances with anti-inflammatory effects, improve physical well-being and ultimately emotional well-being.

Ginsburg recommends eating nuts and dried fruits frequently to maintain a good mood. He explained that the omega-3 fatty acids and flavonoids in nuts fight anxiety, and dried fruits improve mood.
