He said that fast food is among these energy thieves. We are talking about products cooked in saturated hydrogenated and trans fats. These are chips, crackers and fried cutlets.
“The body has to spend a lot of energy to process such foods. In addition, the products themselves have a low nutritional value. Another category is products with a high sugar content and made from flour. They are quickly digested, give immediate energy, but after half an hour a person feels hungry again. because the body does not absorb the substances it needs from them.Alcohol also saps energy and is very harmful to the liver.
