Adan Canto – actor familiar to the audience through the movies ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’, ‘Designated Survivor’ – passed away at the age of 43 from appendix cancer.
People confirmed that Adan Canto breathed his last on January 8, after battling appendix cancer. The actor’s representatives at UTA, Entertainment360 and Viewpoint shared: “Adan is very profound, something few people really know. He will be remembered by many people in the future.”
Warner Bros. Television and FOX Entertainment also posted information expressing their heartbreak. “Adan Canto is a wonderful actor and our dear friend. It has been an honor to have him in the Warner Bros. Television and FOX Entertainment family, since Adan appeared in The Follow more than a decade ago,” the statement read.

The 43-year-old star leaves behind wife Stephanie Ann Canto, two young children Roman Alder and Eve Josephine, as well as loved ones. The family is taking care of the artist’s funeral.
Canto’s last post was in June 2022. At that time, he celebrated Father’s Day with a carefree photo posing with his wife and two children.
Adan Canto was born in 1981, Mexican. Before coming to Hollywood, he was a singer and musician in San Antonio, Texas, performing as the main star of the band Del Canto.
His film career began in 2009, spanning memorable roles such as Paul in The Follow, mutant Sunspot (Roberto da Costa) in X-Men Days of Future PastRodrigo Lara Bonilla strong Narcos and Aaron Shore in Designated Survivor. Before his death, Canto was praised for his artistic and profound performance in the crime film The Cleaning Lady.
