Some social networking sites reported information about a passenger car overturning on the bypass route of Vinh city (Nghe An). Representatives of the authorities denied the above information.

The incident happened at around 11 a.m. today, on the route bypassing Vinh city, passing through Nghi Dien commune, bordering Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc district). The double-decker sleeper bus, traveling north-south, arrived at the above location, collided with the railing and overturned to the right side of the road.

After the accident occurred, passersby helped to get the passengers in the car out.
The incident was posted and posted online by some social network users along with information showing that 13 people died in the above accident. However, representatives of the authorities denied this information.

The area where the accident occurred was rainy and the road was slippery. The incident caused some road railings to be broken. Passengers were transferred to another vehicle to continue their journey.
A witness said that the passenger car was trying to avoid a vehicle traveling in the opposite direction. Combined with the slippery road, it collided with the road railing, causing an overturn.
