The UN Special Program for Central Asian Economies (SPECA) Days will be held in Baku from November 20 to 24. The event is dedicated to increasing the role of transport relations in the face of new challenges in the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route between Europe and China. Currently, SPECA member states are Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

The deputy added that SPECA is one of the main opportunities we have for our integration as a whole, to solve more specific problems. That is, we have always paid more attention to Europe.
