“Heavy, fatty, meaty dishes, smoked meats, marinades, vegetable pickles – none of this is needed. There should be a light diet: dairy products, eggs, chicken meat, minced meat is good so that it is easily digested. Portions should be small, diet it should be different,” the expert said.

At the same time, he advised sick people to drink more liquids and water, because thanks to this, you can quickly remove the pathogens of the disease, the toxins they produce, and harmful substances from the body.
