The state gives the PP two properties – for the party headquarters and for the Sofia structure – 2024-03-22 23:13:05

We continue On Wednesday, Promyana received from the state the right to use two state properties in Sofia. One is to fulfill the administrative needs of the party’s central leadership. The other is for the local structure in the capital, according to the Law on Political Parties. This was reported by the press center of the resigned government after the end of today’s regular meeting.

The two properties are separate objects, one of which is located in a building on “Hristo Belchev” street #8 in the “Sredets” district, and the second – on “Vitosha” Blvd. #12 in the “Triaditsa” district.

The “Continuing the Change” political party meets the statutory prerequisites for establishing a gratuitous right of use on the properties – private state property for a period of 10 years or until it meets the legal requirements for their use, according to the government decision.

“The party declares that it has the necessary financial resources to manage the properties, and they will be used only to satisfy its needs, they will not be sub-leased or assigned for use, and that no economic activity will be carried out in them”also noted by the Council of Ministers.

The decision stipulates that the regional governor of the Sofia region will develop a control mechanism through which he will carry out periodic checks on the fulfillment of the condition under which the properties are provided, as well as apply the sanctions provided for in the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on State Property in the event of default.
