Benghazi, December 8, 2022 (ALA) – The Sports Administrative Course continues these days in the city of Benghazi, which was launched last Sunday evening, hosted by the Benghazi Youth Office, and sponsored equally by the Sports Clubs Association for Charitable Works with the Benghazi Youth Office.
This course comes within the framework of developing sports administrators in the sports field. The Libyan News Agency had an interview with Dr. Faraj Najm, where he said, “This course came in response to sports administrators because of their effective role and many demands from sports administrators in sports clubs. To begin with, we By defining the sports administrator, what his duties and specializations are, the specifications that distinguish him, and his validity, the definition was made in a correct and scientific manner.”
Najm continued, “We have noticed in the recent period, and everyone knows, the phenomenon of administrators entering the field and interfering in training affairs, and some of them assaulted the refereeing crews or the players of the opposing team and received warnings and red cards, and most of the problems that occur in the matches were caused by them.”
“Najm” pointed out that the occurrence of these things comes from a lack of knowledge of the concept of correct administrative work and explained that they did their duty for this group, which came to learn the concept of management in a proper and scientifically followed manner and to introduce the sports administrator and his money and benefits.
Najm concluded that among the attendees was a participant from the city of Murzuq who came to receive some information and policies in the administrative field, and God willing, there will be upcoming lectures.
On the other hand, Dr. Al-Sharif Al-Ghazali said: “I came at the invitation of Dr. Faraj Najm, for all thanks and appreciation to him, and I gave a lecture in this session entitled (Special Mathematical Terminology). The lecture was wonderful and very excellent by the participants, who were at a great level of intelligence and activity due to the extent of their understanding.
