The space expedition of Turkey’s second astronaut Atasever was followed live in Erzurum

The space expedition of Turkey’s second astronaut Tuva Cihangir Atasever was followed live from Bilim Erzurum.

Students and parents who came to Bilim Erzurum followed the space expedition of Turkey’s second astronaut Atasever, within the scope of the Suborbital Research Mission.

In the program, where quiz competitions and various activities were organized, participants listened to the talk about the “Suborbital Research Flight” held at the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) Gebze Campus, from the cinevision set up at the center.

Later, the participants left the center after watching Atasever’s space expedition live.

Yağız Özdurmuş, who came to watch Atasever’s space expedition, told the AA reporter that he was very emotional while watching the space expedition live.

“Hopefully, I would like to go to space too. I will work hard to become an astronaut.” Özdurmuş said that he found the events held today at the science center nice.

Yiğit Hamza Budak stated that he had exciting moments today and said, “Today, I want to go to space like our astronaut. Many great events were held here.” he said.
