Saying goodbye to a close family member who has died prematurely is never easy, and words are often lacking. What if it’s a dad? Karel, the first son, decided to make the first statement only now, when the time was right. And his words touched the hearts of more than one of the supporters of the Heřmánk artistic clan.
The son, who inherited the name from the patriarch of the acting family, commemorated on the social network with a song by the musician Neil Diamond called (Be) Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
The song refers to the book of the same name, which is a philosophically poetic story of a seagull who, unable to accept mediocrity and survival, begins to train his flying skills and becomes extraordinary. This book by Richard David Bach was for many generations a sensitive statement about the desire for freedom, freedom and exceptionality.

Her melody was completed by Heřmánk’s son with a simple sentence:“Fly, this one!”which left no one cold. And it is clear that even through this process he is preparing for the last farewell to his father, who left this world very unexpectedly by his own hand, when he shot himself on the experience shooting course in the village of Placy in Višňová in the Příbram region.
Official farewell to Karl Heřmánek will be held this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bez Zabradlí Theater.
