• First check that WhatsApp has no pending updates.
• Now open the application and press the magnifying glass icon located in the top right corner.
• Write the name of the contact or group.
• If they ask you for your fingerprint it is because you have activated the “chat block” for that conversation.
• Place your fingerprint on the sensor and enter it.
• The next step is to click on the user or group name.
• The conversation settings will appear.
• Finally, scroll down and turn off the toggle labeled “Chat Lock.”
• That would be it and you will be back to the main interface of the application.
