Today, April 30, changes to the order regulating the use of electronic digital signatures came into force, Liter.kz reports.
The press service of the National Certification Center listed the changes:⠀
1. Transition to one digital signature key. This means that individuals and legal entities will be issued one digital signature key based on the GOST 2015 algorithm, which will be used for both authentication and signature.⠀
2. It is planned to exclude from the list of available unclaimed types of digital signature keys intended for use by legal entities: “Employee with the right to sign financial documents” and “HR employee”.⠀
3. Also, the NCC of the Republic of Kazakhstan plans to switch to the new interstate cryptographic standard GOST 2015.⠀
4. All previously issued registration certificates will be maintained until their expiration date.⠀
5. Support for the new GOST 2015 algorithm will be provided by the updated NCALayer. After a new version is released, the application will automatically prompt the user to update NCALayer.⠀
In addition, aKey key information media, released since 2017 KazToken and eToken, support GOST 2015. Additional information should be requested from the manufacturers of these media.
Let us recall that it was previously reported that the Ministry of Digital Development proposes to issue an electronic digital signature using biometric identification.
