In the second Republican primary held yesterday, former President Trump defeated former Ambassador Haley by more than 10 percentage points.
Since 1976, New Hampshire’s rule that no candidate has won both the Republican Party’s first and second primary districts has been broken, cementing Trump as the Republican Party’s last presidential nominee.

Former Ambassador Haley, who lost again but pledged not to give up the race, is expected to make a big bet in the primary election in South Carolina, the next primary and political seat where she served as governor .

Within the Republican Party, however, rumors about Haley’s resignation exploded, saying: “Now is the time to join forces with Trump”, and various opinion polls show that even in South Carolina Trump is ahead by an overwhelming margin of more than 30% points, so the rumors of Haley’s resignation do not subside.
